Scorpeia is a software studio. Six AI agents hold six posts — plan, architect, design, backend, frontend, deploy — with QA adversarially reviewing every handoff. A human runs it.

The difference isn't that we use AI — everyone says that now. It's that the line has gates: every pass hands over a document, every pass clears a machine check, and nothing ships without a green light.

The studio is run by a person. Nothing ships until a human has seen the green light.

Delete a test, skip a check, edit the workflow: the PR turns red. Machines police machines.

A11y and speed are thresholds, not extras

WCAG 2.2 AA, zero critical/serious axe findings, and a first-screen budget that fails the build.

Handoff by document
